Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great also. The pool area is very relaxing as well, and 10-15 min walk to the shops / restaurants

We had the most incredible weekend getaway at theLAB Guest House! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home.

The rooms are modern, spacious, and equipped with the latest smart technology, which made our stay both fun and convenient. Saying “theLAB, lights off” to control everything felt like a little touch of luxury! The bed was super comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean.

One of the highlights was the beautiful setting—surrounded by nature, with lovely mountain views and a calm, relaxing vibe. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the peaceful garden area, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared each morning, with great coffee to match.

What really stood out was the attention to detail and care the staff put into making our stay special. Friendly, helpful, and always available without being intrusive.

Amazing help from Patience, made us feel right at home. The place is great, super soft gowns in the rooms, comfy beds and smart features like light sensors and dimmable RGB roof lighting. Honesty bar and hot tub made the experience fantastic, would this place recommend to anyone coming through to Franschhoek

We recently stayed over at the Lab for one night on our trip through the winelands, South Africa. The villa was beautiful and well equipped with a great view of the surrounding mountains! Our host Dina and the rest of the team were lovely! Thanks for a great stay!
